Tülay ARKAN
She was born in 1967 in Ankara. After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1990, she completed her internship in Ankara. Between 1992-1997 she worked as a self-employed lawyer. While she was working as a Legal Counsel and Trade and Industry Manager in the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry between the years 1997-2014, she took part in different Consumer Arbitration Committees and Human Rights Provincial Board. After retiring from this institution in 2014, she worked as an expert in Consumer Law and Contract Law. Arkan has been working as a self-employed lawyer since 2014.
She has attended vocational training such as European Union Fundamental Training, Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights, Quality Management Systems, International Arbitration, Consumer Rights, Labor and Social Security, Training of Trainers on the European Convention on Human Rights and European Court of Human Rights, EU Grant Funds Project Preparation Training, Basic Arbitration Training, Reconciliation Training, Mediation Basic Training and Refresher Training, Mediation Specialization Training in Labor Law Disputes as well as trainings on personal development such as Memory and NLP Techniques, Communication and Human Relations, Problem Solving Techniques, Stress Management, Time Management, Meeting Management.
She is currently registered with the Ministry of Justice Mediation registry with registry number 546 and continues to actively mediate in addition to being a lawyer.
