He was born in 1982 in Manisa. After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2006, he started his internship. Since 2007, he has been working as a lawyer mainly in the fields of trade, labor, family, expropriation, construction and compensation law. On different dates, he received training on Public Procurement Law, Health Law and Professional Foreign Language.
In 2017, he participated in the Mediation Training organized by the Department of Mediation. During the ongoing process, he passed the written and interview exams and registered in the Mediation Register with a registration number of 4294. In 2018, he attended the Mediation Specialization Training in Labor Law. Since 2017, he has been actively engaged in mediation. Bolat speaks English at an intermediate level.
