A. Zerrin BOSTANCI
She was born in 1969 in Gaziantep. After completing her secondary and high school education at Gaziantep Anadolu High School, she graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1996. Following her internship, Bostancı started her career as an Attorney at the Mechanical and Chemical Industry Institution (MKEK). After 8 years of negotiation and contract advocacy at MKEK General Directorate, she started to work as a self-employed lawyer in 2009. Bostancı is practicing law mainly in the fields of company consultancy, trade, business, consumer and family law.
On different dates she has attended training on Brand Protection and Patents, Human Relations and Communication in the Organization, Effective Speech and Presentation Techniques, Worker's Health and Safety, Corporate Law, Foreign Trade and International Shipping, Project Management, Supplier Management, Offset Agreements on SSM Projects, Public Procurement Law and Practices, Contract Law, Negotiation Techniques, International Arbitration, Competition Law, Total Quality Management, Construction Contracts and Real Estate Law, Energy Markets in terms of Administration and Private Law, Mediators Beyond Borders-MBB-New York Training, Mediation Basic Training and Refresher Trainings and Mediation in Labor Law Disputes.
Bostancı is still registered with the Ministry of Justice Mediation Registry with a registration number of 458 and continues to actively mediate in addition to being a lawyer. She has an excellent command of English and intermediate level German.
