She was born in 1982 in Ankara. After graduating from Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Law in 2004, she started her internship. Since 2006, she has been working as a freelance attorney and practicing law, mainly in the fields of trade, labor, family and compensation law. On different dates, she attended trainings on Code of Criminal Procedures, decisions and practices of the European Convention on Human Rights and European Court of Human Rights, Gender Equality, Domestic Violence Against Women, Juvenile Justice System, Mediator Training under the Code of Criminal Procedures and Expert Training under Labor Law.
In 2016, she registered in the Mediation Register with the registration number 8679 and continues to actively mediate in addition to being a lawyer. Avcı has an excellent command of English.
