She was born in 1981 in Tokat. After graduating from Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Law in 2005, she started his internship. Since 2007, Dol has been working as a lawyer mainly in the fields of consumer, labor and compensation law. Between 2009 and 2017, she served as an arbitrator in the Consumer Arbitration Committee. In 2016, she received training on Expertise in Labor Law.
In 2016, Dol registered in the Mediation Register with the registration number 4300. In 2018, she attended the Mediation Specialization Training in Labor Law.
At the beginning of 2018, she started actively mediating and speaks English at an intermediate level.
