Mine Demirezen graduated from Antalya Anatolian High School in 2000, entered Ankara University Faculty of Law in the same year and graduated in 2004. She has completed her legal internship in Antalya and since 2005 has been working mainly in the fields of company consultant, Execution and Bankruptcy Law, Law of Obligations, Consumer Law. On different dates, she received training in areas such as Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Labor Law, Social Security and Labor Claims Calculations, European Convention on Human Rights, Criminal Procedure Law, Reconciliation, Legal Clinic of the Court of Cassation Ethics Principles and Support of Individual Application System to the Constitutional Court.

Demirezen participated in the Basic Training on Mediation in Civil Disputes in 2016 and subsequently passed the written exam and interview and was registered in the Mediators Register with the registration number 3885. She participated in Mediation Specialization Training in Labor Law in 2018 and provides training on Mediation Specialization Training in Mediation Legislation and Mediation Practices in Basic Mediation Training. At the same time, she gave mediation legislation and implementation training under the supervision of coordinator lecturer in the Akdeniz University Law Faculty Law Clinic course. Demirezen has received Peer Mediation Trainer Training within the scope of Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and Peer Mediator-Peacemaking Training Program and carries out Peer Mediator-Peacemaking Leader projects conducted in some schools.

Her work titled "Mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Method" was published in the May 2017 issue of The Journal of Istanbul Anatolian Court House. She has followed the "Mediation in Commercial Disputes and the Role of the Lawyer in Mediation" of the symposium, which was held by The Ministry of Justice, Department of Mediation, TBB, TOBB in cooperation with Adana, Izmir, Kocaeli, Gaziantep, Ankara and Antalya Bar Association and prepared the presentations. These studies have been published by the Ministry of Justice General Directorate of Legal Affairs, Department of Mediation under the name of "Symposium Notes". Demirezen has been a rapporteur in some workshops organized by Mediators' Associations and Mediation Centers and in February 2019, the book "Arabuluculuk Temel Kitabı (the Basic Book of Mediation)" was published by Aristo publisher.

Demirezen is a member of the Mediation Center Executive Committee Mediation Center at the Union of Turkish Bar Associations and is working as a party advocate in the mediation processes. In addition to being a lawyer, she continues to actively practice mediation and speaks English at an intermediate level.
